Painting with Words

Kate Reeve-Edwards is an art writer and author. Coming from a family of fine artists, she has a distinctive insight, enabling her to analyse, inhabit and interpret the artist’s process. Her writing style combines the academic and poetic, influenced by her BA in English and Creative Writing, and MA in Literary Studies, both acquired from Goldsmiths University. 

​Reeve-Edwards has written for a range of successful artists, galleries and publications such as Richard Cook, David Mankin, Gareth Edwards, Pippa Young, Cornwall Contemporary, and ROSA Magazine. She has written two art books, David Mankin- Remembering in Paint (2021), and Painting Abstract Landscapes (2021).
